Tours and questions
Schedule a tour.
Tell us when you’d like to come out and what you want to see. We meet you at Alta Vista, show you the homes, the Lodge and the open homesites, and answer everything.
The community office
Clinton Herigstad, Alta Vista’s community manager, runs the office at 1365 E Hammond Rd, Traverse City, MI 49686. Call him about homesite leases, residency applications, community rules or anything about living here. He’s happy to show buyers around, too.
Finding us
From Traverse City, take Three Mile Road south to Hammond Road and turn left (east). Go about 2,000 feet and turn left into Alta Vista on Alta Vista Drive. The Lodge is on your right at 2016 Alta Vista Dr, and we meet you there.
